MOOLADHARA CHAKRA WORSHIP DAY !

Mooladhara
        Vinayaka and Mooladhara are the two sides of the same wisdom coin.   Baktiyogis worship Vinayaka – Nadha Yogi mediate on Mooladarachakra.   September, 19th is the Vinayakachavithi, a worship day of Vinayaka.  On this day Bhakthi Yogis worship Vinayaka with 21 herbals, delicious dishes and conduct, Bhajans, chanting, processions to attain intelligence and knowledge.    And they also prize him as Budhi Pradaya – Gnane (Wisdom), Samasta Jagadadhara (Moola), all these are external worships. 

Nadha Yogi (NY) concentrate (internally) on Mooladhara Charka (Perineum) and Vagus Nerve and also practice Aswini Mudras to attain full consciousness and Wisdom.  Kundalani science says that meditation on Mooladhara stimulates vagus nerve from perineum to brain and also simulates 30 ft. elementary channel tube from mouth to anus, eliminates fears and phobias, improves blood circulation in legs and bones, improves prostate and urinary bladder health, improves genital organs and sperm count, stimulate all factory system (smell sense).  Every day NY practice Aswini Mudras minimum 100 a day, after the bowel evacuation.  NY practice breath awareness on vagus nerve from Perineum (Mooldhara) to brain (Sahasrara), at a speed of 100 respirations above per minute.   By this practice blood and oxygen rushes to the vagus nerve and this condition improve anabolic and catabolic action in the body.  Stimulation of brain with vagus nerve is the top most secret of NY. Mooladhara - PerineumAnus are in the same area, and they are closely interweaved.   Kundalani serpent is the symbolism of Vagus Nerve.
            Bacterial Cells in the body out number Human Cells by a factor of 10 to 1.   Human cells have 20,000 – 25,000 genes.  But Gut Microbes have 3.3 million genes (150 times).  Gut (Mooladhara) is the main Hub of Microbes.  Microbes in the gut play a main role in human health, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Stomach Ulcers.  Altering the genes activity they develops the brain memory and learning system.   Lactobacillus Helveticas and B-Longum, two common inhabitants of guts controls anxiety and depression, with the communication of vagus nerve.  Gut microbes can improves immunity  upto 7 folds.
            Dear friends, daily spend few minutes (in the presence of yours yogic coach only) on Aswanimudras, Meditate on Mooladhara and meditate on your vagus nerve.  They will improve Gut Bacteria; Influence your thoughts and moods.  Vagus nerve improves the Gut and Brain connection, Cardiac System, Gastric System, Urinary and Genital System, Anabolic & Catabolic Systems.  Thus daily worship Mooladhara (internally) and attain maximum benefits.   Pro-biotech supplements may be useful.   Please remember 19th September as a Moladhara worship day forever.  Start the day with Aswini Mudra and end the with Aswini Mudra.

  1. Dear Sir, Happy to see such a nice article synthasysing Kundalini kriyas, Devotional aspects, Medical benefits in such a way even a common man can understand the Ashwani Mudra and practice it (of course under the guidance of experienced Yoga master).
    In the present society most of the urban people are busy, worried, hurried and stressed. This is disturbing Vagus nerve and inviting all the digestive problems. We know very well that acidity and gastric troubles are order of the day. If people acquire yoga, kundalini, physiology knowledge, slowly but surely most of the heath problems can be avoided. If one practices Yogic kriyas there is no need for commercially oriented insurence policies. Policy may help to pay the hospital or doctor bills, but kundalini kriyas certainly prevents diseases and improves immunity and avoid/ reduce hospital visits. Prevention is better than cure. Know you have revealed major health secrets, the ball is in the court of health & peace seekers.
    The real meaning of Sri pathanjali Yoga or kundalini yoga is achieving balance in every aspect of life (yoga samatva uchyate), so practicing Ashwani Mudra and others surely balances our life and its activities & enhances health and happiness. So let us start this Vinayaka Chavithi as Mooladhara worship or Kundalini Birthday.   2. Dear Sir,

    Some of our Yoga followers in our area today observed as Kundalini Birthday, doing Ashwani mudhra and other kriyas. They have also started pro biotics course. Others are advised to do bowel cleaning methods like shankha prakshalana, enema or laxatives once in a month or bimonthly.

    Once people start their spiritual journey from Mooladhaara to Ajna or shahasrara their personality develops in a multi dimensional way that no other physical knowledge people compete with them. Kundalini followers are the real transformers of the society for a better life. We need more and more spiritual path seekers to change the world positively. Hope many will come forward.

  3. dear reddigaru i am very happy. bowel cleanig decreeses the gut bacteria,so encourage the people to consume fiberdiet and fruits,ayur-arogya vardhini bati also helps alot,encourage natural probiotics,curd,buttermilk,fermentedfoods.ours main motive is to reestablish kundalini,it will leads the society to a uniqe level.long live kundalini. dr.rao

    Having more than two decades of association with Dr. Prasad Garu, I am submitting my opinion on his scientific evolution of easy way of meditation to have a blissful life.

    Many Yogis have not shared / contributed their knowledge with the people but Dr. Prasad garu is openly submitting his innovations on meditation in a simpler way to the people through the blog.

    In the blog of “Mooladhara Chakra Worship Day” Dr. Prasad explained the easiest way to get rid of most of the health problems. So let us start the day with Aswini Mudra and end the day with Aswini Mudra for reducing our health problems and if possible mediate on Mooladhara Chakra to get still more benefits.
