present we have lot of healing practices around the world. Out of all these, imagery (Visualisation)
practice is very simple, easy, scientific & ancient. Main basis of Kundali Practice is, imagery
(Visualisation) Meditation, on Nerve Flexes and organs of ours own body.
Guided
imagination exercises help the body repair itself after surgery. December 2012 issue of the Scandinavian
Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports published reports of imagery
practiced people who had under gone to surgery to repair to anterior circuit

improves concentration and it leads to imaginary. Imaginary and Visualization medication works

brain.
