SELF HEALING – SRINU KRIYA BRAIN JOGGING (SKBJ)

Hai Friends,

                        At present we have lot of healing practices around the world.  Out of all these, imagery (Visualisation) practice is very simple, easy, scientific & ancient.    Main basis of Kundali Practice is, imagery (Visualisation) Meditation, on Nerve Flexes and organs of ours own body. 

                        Guided imagination exercises help the body repair itself after surgery.  December 2012 issue of the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports published reports of imagery practiced people who had under gone to surgery to repair to anterior circuit ligament of the knee  (ACL)  the group that practiced imagery showed greater improvements in knees stability and reduced level of stress hormones.  The other experiment focused on patients schedule for Gall Bladder removal and was published in the February, 2012 issue of brain behaviour, and immunity.   The first set of imagery exercises focused on being relaxed and ready for surgery.   Post Surgery imagination concentrated on the body’s healing process.   For example participants imagined oxygen and nutrients traveling to the surgical wound and helping the body knit the skin pack together easing discomfort and brining soothing relief.   Participants, who participated imagery reported a larger reduction in stress,  and their wounds showed signs of greater collagen deposition and  further healing.   The patients involved relaxation and guided imagery for three days before and seven days after surgery.  “We used a relaxation intervention to try to reduce stress and therefore get a better inflammatory response to surgery and improve healing”.  Elizabeth Broabdent, professor of medicine at the university of Auckland in Newzealand and co-author of the study.  Only meditation improves concentration and it leads to imaginary.  Imaginary and Visualization medication works to the patient like Physiotherapy.   Bigger challenges person needed “Ferocius Equanimity” (NADHA).

                        Forgetting is harder for older brains, Adults having on to useless information, which impedes learning.  Forgetting is essential to memory and emotional health.  Older Synaptic gap has high level of a protein that prevents such forgetting. Older people have trouble identifying untrustworthy faces because of an age related drop in activity in the brain interior insula.  It puts elders at risk for exploitation and abuse.   Glia works as a stimulator and scavenger. 

                        Astrocytes, a star shaped type of Glial Cell, regulates the brain chemicals involved in sleepiness.  Adenosine Build up is responsible for Antidepressant effect of a lack of sleep.   Glia controls Neurotransmitters.

                        Fraud and cheat has increased nearly 10 fold over the past two decades.  The bigger species Neocortex, the more members of the society use dishonest tactics to manipulate others.  Many instances of dishonesty in the world result people find themselves in a situation in which they face loosing money, reputation or their career.  Anxiety over loss is a principle driver of cheating in science.   Another way that cheating can spread is through copycat behaviour.  Cheating may have short-term benefits for the person such as financial rewards and prestige; it can be costly for both individuals and society.  Glia plays a main role in emergency and passes their own signals into neuron and releases their own ATP.

                        At present China’s Adult brains are stressed with parents and children relation.  China’s one child policy has affected the personalities of a generation of only children.  There is a lot of pressure being placed on Chinese parents to make their kid the best possible because they only had one.     In recent new study in science, researchers find that it has also caused Chain’s so called little emperors to be more pessimistic, Neorotic and selfish and less trustworthy.  Larger social forces in China also probably contribute these results.   Glia maintains Neural Homeostasis condition in the brain. 

                        Glia (Astrocytes, or white matter) have unlimited ability to solve all these problems.   In brain 90% are Glia Neurons, and only10 % are normal neurons.  Our brain have a blood –brain barrier (BBB) system. 

                        The BBB is a dynamic interface that separate the brain from circulatory system and protect the central nervous system from potentially harmful chemicals while regulating transport of essential molecules and maintaining a stable environment.  Glia cells fill the gap of circulatory and nervous system.  Glia regulates Neuronal Net Work Communication in many ways (unlimited) without Glia the brain would starve.   Blood vessels break down if certain Glia Cells are not present.  The brain is voracious compared with other organs, it consumes, 10 times more oxygen and nutrients.   So we have to improve more blood flow to the brain.
