                        Scientists think about 30 percent of longevity can be attributed to genetics, but other 70 % is life style and personality factors.  It is necessary to maintain a good diet constant physical activities and cognitive stimulus.  In some Japanese, Islands, Peoples live in with strict diet and habits.  Ecuador village people, smokes, drinks alcohol, eat salt, consumes much coffee and drug addicts.  But both (Japan and Ecuador) people live up to 110 or 120 years old.  Restricting food intake produce wildly contradictory out comes.  Several recent studies have undermined the link between longevity and caloric restriction.  Consume local available, fresh, balanced, easily digestible, tasty, boiled diet.   Eat total quantity in six intervals a day is good.  Eliminate old sentiments on diet follow the advanced research evidences.  (Contd… 3 – 9)21oct

    Doctors and patients should take physical exercise seriously, because of the benefits for many cancer patients. Patients who regularly exercise after chemotherapy treatment have a much lower risk of cancer recurrence, compared to people who are physically inactive, researchers from the University of Nebraska reported at The Integrative Biology of Exercise VI meeting in October 2012. They say their findings may help investigators understand why exercise may greatly reduce the risk of secondary cancer in survivors. They added that physical activity can also lower the chances of ever developing cancer among those who have never had the disease.
