SRINU KRIYA GLIA GYM – 2
Hai Friends,
In our brain 85% brain cells are glia cells, remaining are neurons. Glia cells
can control communication between neurons and play central role in learning.
Glia involves in neurological and psychological disorders. Glias works without
electricity. The glias are like star fishes or octopus. Glia cells interact
with neurons, control them by working along side them. These strange-looking cells may functions are myriad. Ferry neuro transmitters, food and waste, from neurons Glia were
listening to neurons, and talking among themselves without using electricity at
all.
Scientists
observed that when neuro transmitters released by neurons stimulated receptors on glia, the
glia releases neuro transmitters as well. By controlling data processing at
synopsis, glia participate in aspect of vision, memory, muscle contraction, and
unconscious brain functions, such as sleep and thirst and also broadcast their
signals widely like cellphones. In Alzheimers, tissue damage spreads in
predetermined manner, beginning from the hippocampus and eventually reaching
the frontal cortex, by glia involvement. The new awareness of glia in brain
function suggest that drugs targeting,
glia might help treat mental neurological illnesses. Epilepsy is a prime
candidate for glial-based therapeutics.
Upper part of the inner brain is
in grey colour, neurons heads and
dentroids are highly weaved here. So this area is called as grey matter. Below
this area is called as white matter. Mylean insulated, axons, synopsis and fat
tissues are in this area. Mylein and fat tissues are in white. White matter is
the gym of our working horses(Glias). One half of the brain contains glias. So
neuro scientists comprised the glias as 1) Astrocytes, 2)Oligodendrocyts, 3)Micro
glia. Our understanding of one half of the brain(glias) lags a century behind
our knowledge of neurons.
In the gym before starting the main
exercise, we practice warm up exercises. This prepares the body to the main
exercise. Old neurons can not learn new topics easily, only new neurons (neurogenesis)
can learn. We have to allot a new topics to the new ones, if not they cant
survive. So we are discussing some more topics, in this situation stem cells
produce more neurons, by learning new topics new ones establish successfully. This
condition improves brain plasticity. Neurons population increased. Gym practice
reconditioned the muscles by the new cells. In our brain gym practice only
three functions are main. But in starting we will discuss some related topics.
This improves yours brains plasticity and prepares for the main. So keenly
follow the related topics. These are the warmup exercises for the meditation.
Globally human race is only one but nations and religions are different.
Similarly the global meditation is only one but applications are different, result
is same. Short time practitioners uses the sitting postures. Long term
practitioners(hours together) practice
in lying posture. Attaining a single thought is the main concept of all
meditation. (Cntd...3-18)

SRINU-KRIYA- SUPER-CENTENARIAN - 6
SRINUKRIYA SUPER CENTENARIAN – 6
Hai friends,
Yogi’s
have full controle on their diet and they also says that limited nutritious
diet provides good health and you have to make your own arrangements on
unlimited diet. During the food intake
maintain silence and listen your inner sound (Nadha). Intake demand is depended on yours brains
rewarding center. Most of the peoples of
different cultures, pray and thanks giving to the nature, before their food
intake, which maintains the health of rewarding center, a biological hunger
controller of the inner brain. Any diet
must fulfill taste, smell, sight to the minimum level. Such diet satisfy the rewarding centers,
which increase the pleasure associated with eating and checks over eating.
Hunger
is the best sauce. We have evolved an
efficient brain system to help maintain a healthy and consistent body weight by
signaling when it is time to eat and when it is time to stop. Studies show that overeating up the reward
system in our brain, so much so in some people that it over powers the brains
ability to tell them to stop eating when they have had enough. Generally obesity people hijacks the brains
reward network checks.
We
calculate the available energy in all foods whit a unit known as the food
calorie, or Kilocalorie. The amount of
energy required to heat one kilogram of water by one degree Celsius. Food is energy for the body. Digestive enzymes in the mouth, stomach and
intestines breakup complex food molecules into simpler structures, such as
sugars and amino acids that travel through the blood stream to all our
tissues. Our cells use the energy store
in the chemical bonds of these simpler molecules to cay on business as
usual.
Fats
provide approximately nine calories per gram, whereas carbohydrates and protein
deliver just four. Fiber offers a
piddling two calories because enzymes in the human digestive tract have great
difficulty chopping it upto into smaller molecules. Recently research reveals that how many
calories we extract from food depends on which species we eat, who we prepared
our foods, which bacteria are in our gut and how much energy we used to digest
different foods. Everybody have their
own calculations. (Contd… 7 of 9) 1st December.

SRINU- KRIYA - SUPER- CENTENARIANS - 3
SRINU KRIYA – SUPER
CENTENARIANS - 3
Hai
Friends,
As the brain ages, the graymatter shrinks and the
white matter starts to breakup. Shrinkage is particularly evident in the
prefrontal cortex, where high-level thinking and reasoning takes place, and the
Hippo-campus, which place center role memory. There are fewer
receptors and other protein too, but most dramatic fall in the amount of
dopamine a neuro transmitter, whose many functions include movement control,
general motivation and learning. From early adult hood onwards, Dopamine
levels drops by about 10% per decade, making it a powerful marker of brain
aging
Aerobic exercise can slow cognitive decline by
stimulating production of BDNF, which help the growth of new blood vessels, not
only in the muscles being exercised but in the brain as well.
Several studies have shown that people of all ages can improve their
performance on specific computer tasks in which they train. Grand
child wins short runs – Grandfa’s wins marathon runs. Low metabolic rate
is also important.
Shortening of telomeres (DNA caps on the tips of the
chromosomes) disturbs stem cells. With a ready supply of active stem
cells, older muscles might be made stronger, falling brains could become less
prone to cognitive lapses, and aged bone marrow could be better able to produce
the infection fighting T-and B-Cells. If stem cells in older people
could be made to retain their effectiveness, perhaps broken bones and skin
wounds could be made to heal faster and, with time, we might be able to treat
the conditions of oldage such as dementia and heart disease. A
landmark experiment showed the dramatic effect that external factors could have
on stem cells. Stem cells in old tissue enliven their environment and the
signal can carry.
The Gut Microbiota appears to be driven by what people
eat. Elder people olfactory lobe losses it’s efficiency, so they
typically cannot taste or smell as well as they used to, decreasing the appeal
of some foods. Older people tend to have a much more balanced diet, which
more fiber, protein chicken and only fish. Telomerase reverse
transcriptse (TERT) resulted in 24% extension of longevity without increasing
the risk of cancers.(Contd... 4-9) 1st November.
